As a member of Rarity Bay, you become a part of the Property Owner's Association (POA) that will guide and assist you during your tenure in the community.

The POA staff consists of Janie Lancaster-Busch, Tineall Nittolo and Ryan Stamey, all located on site at Rarity Bay.
