Experience Living on Lake Tellico

Rarity Bay sits along 10 miles of shoreline along Lake Tellico, located 30 miles southwest of Knoxville. The pristine Lake Tellico is located on the Little Tennessee River and has over 15,000 acres of water surface. Because of its close relationship with the Great Smoky Mountains, the lake features not only breathtaking views, but also a vast assortment of wildlife.

Brown and rainbow trout and bass are common throughout the lake. In addition, there are largemouth, smallmouth, crappie, bluegill and trout. Impounded in 1979, Lake Tellico offers excellent opportunities for water recreation, such as sailing, swimming, jet skiing and water skiing.
